There was a lot of speculation when these things first appeared. What are they? Why did they come to this planet?

Well, kid, I don't really care. All that matters is we're the only ones left standing who can stop them. Now let's bring the thunder!

Rift Core is a real-time battle arena that mixes tactical gameplay with quick strategic thinking. Put your skills to the test as you lead Thunder Brigade to victory... or to their last stand.


  • Left Click - Select mech under cursor
  • Right Click - Move
  • - Select Dash Punch
  • - Select Shield / Select Beam
  • - Select Devour
  • Left click - Use selected ability
  • 1/2/3 - Select Jackal/Wolf/Boa
  • Tab - Select next mech

Units will automatically attack when in range of an enemy.


  • Only one unit can be selected at a time.
  • The game runs best at a 16:9 resolution, like 1920x1080. Other aspect ratios should work but can be difficult to play on.
  • Difficulty settings and control remapping can be found in the options menu, accessible by pressing Escape.
  • The game saves at the start of each mission.
